Highlights
Capture Sharper Deep-Sky Images with the OGMA OAG Off-Axis Guider
This OAG is a professional-grade off-axis guider designed for astrophotographers seeking zero flexure, lightweight guiding, and ultra-low profile integration with your telescope and camera setup. Unlike bulky guide scopes, this OAG uses a precision-engineered prism to divert starlight to your guide camera, eliminating differential flexure errors during long-exposure astrophotography.
Key Features & Benefits:
✅ Ultra-Low Profile Design: Saves backfocus (only 17.5mm) for compatibility with field flatteners, reducers, and DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
✅ Integrated Tilt Adjuster: Solves multiple problems at once.
✅ Prism Adjustments: Easily align the prism to avoid shadowing the primary camera sensor.
✅ Zero Flexure Guarantee: CNC-machined aluminum construction ensures rigidity for pixel-perfect guiding accuracy.
✅ Broad Compatibility: Works with ZWO ASI, QHY, and other guide cameras (1.25” nosepiece included).
Compatibility
Primary Camera Compatibility Notice: Requires either a compatible filter wheel or a special filter holder (such as OGMA’s UFD54) on the camera side to ensure proper attachment and back focus.
Guide Camera Compatibility Notice: This OAG is compatible only with 1.25" diameter cylindrical guide cameras (also referred to as “barrel” or “lipstick” style cameras). Box-shaped, disk-shaped, or square-bodied guide cameras are not supported.
