About Us

Making astronomy more accessible to everybody by lowering the cost of high-quality equipment

Because the cost of equipment is one of the limiting factors to curious minds wanting to learn astronomy, and because everyone should be able to afford the transforming experience of looking deep into the universe, OGMA partners with manufacturers from around the world to bring to market innovative astronomy equipment for amateur astronomers and educational institutions at a reasonable price.

We encourage open-source development and we curate DIY astronomy projects to help individuals save money and help businesses bring to market new products at a lower cost.

We are located in the US, we provide customer service in both, English and Spanish, and we can repair most technical issues in the US.

Our Mission

At OGMAvision, we're on a mission to transform astronomy into an awe-inspiring journey that's accessible to all. Our startup is dedicated to democratizing stargazing by breaking down barriers and making high-quality equipment affordable for everyone. Imagine a world where exploring the cosmos is as easy as affordable as owning a cell phone.

How do we do it? By harnessing the power of Open Source and the DIY spirit. We believe that knowledge should be shared and technology should be inclusive. That's why we collaborate with a global community of astronomers, manufacturers, engineers, and enthusiasts to develop cutting-edge, open-source designs for telescopes, cameras, mounts, and accessories. No more astronomical price tags. Our approach empowers you to build your own equipment or enhance existing tools without breaking the bank.

Whether you're a seasoned astronomer or just starting to gaze at the stars, OGMAvision provides the resources, kits, and guidance you need to embark on your cosmic journey. Join our movement and be part of a community that's passionate about learning, discovery, and exploration. Together, we're making astronomy an enriching experience for everyone, inspiring curiosity, and fostering a deeper connection with the universe.

Stars, constellations and mithology are all topics that excite us.
