Return Policy

30-day return or replacement

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with a product purchased from us, we will accept return or replacement requests within 30 days from the date that you received the merchandise as long as it hasn't been damaged by missuse.

After 30 days the normal warranty will apply.

We are a small business and refunds always have a cost to us; therefore, in order to minimize potential missuse while providing a fair return policy, we are incluiding the following conditions into our return policy.

Conditions

  1. For products purchased at GetOGMA.com, you must initiate the return process by requesting an RMA number through our online contact form located at https://getogma.com/contact. In your return request you must indicate:
    • the date of purchase,
    • the order number, 
    • a form of contact in order to reach you (email or phone),
    • whether you want a refund or a replacement,
    • and describe any issues you have found with the product, if any.
  2. For products purchased through our vendors, you should contact the specific vendor that you purchased the product from and follow their return policy, in case they have one.
  3. If a free or other promotional product was included with the purchase of the product that is being returned, all free or promotional products must be returned in order to qualify for a refund.
  4. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
  5. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to determine the following:
    1. At our discretion, the initial shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
    2. At our discretion, on purchases above $500, we may deduct a 3% credit card fee from the total to be refunded. This is because the credit card processing company doesn't refund their commissions to us.
    3. If the item is new or unused, we won't apply a restocking fee for the first 3 returns.
    4. If the item is open, the packaging is damaged, or if it shows minor signs of wear and tear, we will have to apply a restocking fee. This is because we will have to discount the price of the product in order to resell it on clearance.
    5. If the item shows substantial signs of wear and tear, we will deny the refund altogether. Under this uncommon scenario, the product will be returned back to the customer upon payment of the shipping expenses.
